Pricing
Rakon Cloud is billed per app. Rakon Flow has Free, Pro and Enterprise plans; Rakon People, Books and DMS are added through the same contract.
Platform overview
Rakon Cloud is a control-plane platform for organization access, security, team management, and app launcher workflows. Flow entitlements and billing are managed per app.
Flow Free
Signals and leads, companies and contacts, brands, and Flow Assistant (20 platform AI calls a day) — up to 10 users in the organization, with no time limit.
Flow Pro
Everything in Free, plus projects, quotes and the pricing worksheet, the product catalog with marketing and licensing, sales expenses, and 2,000 platform AI calls a day. Flow Assistant and your own AI key (BYOK) on every plan. Activated through a contract.
€300 per user per year (1-year contract).
Flow Enterprise
Everything in Pro, plus operations after an accepted quote (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, warehouse and delivery) and the fixed asset register. Sales-led contract with tailored onboarding.
€660 per user per year (1-year contract).
Contract terms
Contracts run for 1, 3 or 5 years. A 3-year contract is 10 % cheaper and a 5-year contract 20 % cheaper than the 1-year price.
Other apps and storage
- Rakon People: €60 per year for up to 15 employees; each additional 5 employees €6 per year.
- Rakon Books: €100 per year per legal entity.
- Rakon DMS: included with Rakon Flow Pro and Enterprise.
- Storage: Free includes 1 GiB, Pro 25 GiB and Enterprise 100 GiB; each additional 25 GiB costs €36 per year.
Paid plans are activated through contract-based onboarding and agreed billing terms.
How plans are activated
- Organizations start on the Free plan.
- Paid plans are activated after an agreement.
- The contract defines number of users, enabled modules, and duration (1-5 years).
- Access is provisioned manually after confirmation.
